Sıcak haddeleme, metal ve alaşımlarının sünekliklerinin yüksek olduğu yeniden kristalleşme sıcaklığının üzerindeki sıcaklıklarda yapılan deformasyon işlemidir.

Sıcak haddehane bölümü fırın bölgesi, ön hadde bölgesi ve şerit hadde olarak üç ana üniteden oluşur. Bu üç ünitede fırın bölgesi; slab fırını, slab itici ve slab alıcı birimlerinden, ön hadde bölgesi; dik tufal kırıcı, yatay tufal kırıcı, bağımlı kenarcı ve tersinir kaba hadde birimlerinden ve son olarak da şerit hadde; kırpıntı makası, sıkma merdaneli tufal atıcı, altılı şerit hadde ve duşlu masalar birimlerinden oluşmaktadır.

They are flat steel products produced by cold rolling, annealing and tempering of hot rolled and pickled flat steels in the form of coils or plates with thicknesses ranging from 0.12-3.00 mm. While the physical properties of the materials produced by tandem cold rolling are homogenous throughout the roll, the surface smoothness, width and thickness distributions meet the expectations at the highest level.

Galvanising is the coating of metal with ‘Zinc’ against corrosion. Galvanised coating is done in 2 ways, the first is Electro Galvanised coating and the second is Hot Dip Galvanised coating. With the hot dip galvanising method, the material is immersed in molten zinc (460C°) and the coating process is performed.

Prepainted Steel Sheet is obtained by treating cold rolled coil sheets with paints containing polyester after galvanised coating at certain rates. In addition to polyester-containing paint, it is used with Plastisol, Polyurethane and PVDF paint qualities. Painted sheets are preferred because they are both resistant to corrosion and aesthetically more decorative.

Purpose and places of use: Black steel sheets, which are rolled in order to prevent the slippery surfaces of iron steel sheets used especially on the floor surfaces and to prevent this slipperiness from increasing over time, increase the friction resistance and eliminate the environmental risk factor thanks to the embossed patterns given to their surfaces by rolling. The fact that the sheet surface becomes even more useless in open areas such as wetting and fogging requires the use of patterned sheets.

Sheets are separated among themselves in terms of structure. When we look at the classical sheets, we see flat rolled products. These sheets, which are used to cover large areas, are flat and thinly shaped. Printed sheets, on the other hand, are produced by applying pressure on these classical sheets. In the first step while obtaining the sheet, hot rolling is performed in the first step, followed by cold rolling in order to provide a smooth surface.
